Fair Trade

With hard labour they toil the lands,
For brown cocoa; brown like the sands.
Others sweat looking for gold,
Irrespective of their age - young and old.

The payment of their day-long suffering
Barely enough for their family's catering.
They accept it without much of a care;
But they know, as much as we do, that it's not fair.

So that's why we came along-
To show the people that this is wrong.
We have put their pay to a higher grade.
We are, Fair Trade.
